Food is
our business.
Canterbury Trading is a direct importer of fresh produce, supplying retailers and food and beverage businesses. Our Freds and Heartland brands bring together everyday kitchen favourites and a range of fresh produce.
From the everyday favourites in the kitchen to something a little different on the table, our brands each have their own story to tell.

From our range
to your kitchen.
Fresh produce is the starting point for a good menu. We work with restaurants, cafés, caterers and other food businesses to discuss their produce requirements.
Explore potatoes, onions, shallots, sweet potatoes, salads and more across our brands. Tell us what your kitchen uses, the quantities you need and your preferred pack sizes, and we can discuss suitable options and availability.
